About Us
We pray that your worship experience here, at Holy Communion, will be meaningful and uplifting as you hear the word of God. It is our intention to help your worship experience go smoothly. Our worship bulletin includes the liturgy for the service and is available from one of ushers. They will also be happy to answer any questions you may have about the service or HCLC.
Helpful hints for worship:
LBW is the green hard cover hymnal (Lutheran Book of Worship) which includes songs 1-596.
WOV is the soft cover blue hymnal (songbook) which includes songs 600-802.
W & P is the soft cover purple songbook which is used mostly at the 11:00 AM service.
Holy Communion is offered every Sunday at each worship service and is open to all who are baptized and believe in the love and forgiveness of our risen Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. As you are directed to the altar by the ushers you may take receive the wine from the Common cup or dip the wafer in the dipping cup. Please know that if you are only able to take one of the elements you still receive full communion. Children who have not received communion instruction may come forward for a blessing.
Children are encouraged to be present in worship. Toy bags are available for young children in the gathering room off the right side of the church sanctuary. A fully staffed adult supervised nursery is also available for children ages infant to 5 years during the worship service. Also, there is a changing table located in the handicapped restroom for your convenience.
Restrooms are located at both ends of the main corridor. A handicapped accessible room is the first door on the right in the front hallway.
Education/Sunday School
Holy Communion Church offers an all age Sunday School program with classes every Sunday except during summer hours. Adults are encouraged to attend with their children. Adult classes are offered as well as Bible Study conducted by Pastor Fazzini during the week. (Refer to weekly calendar in The Chalice).

These groups are open to members and the public as well. Please feel free to join us. (See Calendar for the week or the monthly newsletter The Chalice.
We invite you to worship with us as often as possible. We are glad you are here sharing in God’s love for us. Please join us for coffee after the service and get to know us better.
